Booking terms
These terms apply to bookings made directly with us (WhatsApp or phone). For bookings on Airbnb or Booking.com, the platform’s terms apply.

Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit of the total is paid.
- The remaining 70% is due 14 days before arrival.
- Payment by bank transfer or MB Way.
Cancellation
- Up to 30 days before arrival (45 days for stays in July to August): full refund.
- After that and up to 14 days before arrival: the deposit is kept.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.
Your stay
- Check-in from 16:00 (self check-in, with a code sent on arrival day); check-out by 11:00.
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- 2-night minimum stay: January to May and October to December.
- 2-night minimum stay: June and September.
- 4-night minimum stay: July to August.
Fees
- Pets: €30 per stay.
- Terras de Bouro municipal tourist tax: €1 per person per night, with the exemptions and limits set by the municipal regulation.
